got to be someone out there that can fix this.. does not recognize device on
laptop or desktop for two different phones.  any ideas on how to fix this?

In Media Player 10, I now have two over every tree in Libray that can be
expanded and shows of all my Music, TV, Video, Other Media, My Playlists,
Auto Playlists, and Now Playing.  The files play from either of the trees...
