Im using windows media player 10 b/c i just bought a sandisk mp3 player and
that's what it uses to synch music. It's great for music that is recognized,
but for unknown music, burned mixes and cd that I either rip or bring over
from itunes, aren't recognized and get lumped into ...

I have many dups and after getting all my music files in the same folder I
now want to start over with WMP.  How do I, in effect, restart my WMP v. 10
so I can get rid of these dups and re-organize my music in the player.

I have my library on a shared network drive. The drive is accessed via
\\comptername\music and this is also set as a montior folder and set to
connect at start up in windows explorer.

Heya everyone, I have this problem with windows media player, or any movie
player for that fact. My graphics card is updated etc, I'm thinking its
something with codec maybe. Anyway! whenever I download a game movie or any
movie for that, I don't have any color, it's all black ...

Can anybody help with this problem ? When I click on any item of the media
player Bonus pack, like library management wizard etc. I get the message that
it will only play with windows XP. That's totally crazy because XP is my os.

I have a laptop.  At one location I can listen to internet radio with WMP.  
At another  there is no sound at many internet radio stations.  (where they
have their own embedded player but it is associated with WMP.  I have the
same firewall and firewall setup at both locations.  ...

I have been trying to listen to classicheartland music online.
But I get an error message and cannot find site is the message I get when I
click the window media player dial-up connection.

I've got a problem that I hope someone can help me with.
I'm recording phone calls using a Asterisk( Linux ), the recorded file can
be low wav ( 13 kbps), high wav ( 128 kbps) and format called gsm. I chose
low wav and for the most the files are OK, but sometimes the playing ends

It's been awhile since I played media in a web page.  Back then, I used the
