Video Inspector17 Oct 2006 06:29 GMT1
I run XP Professional with MP10.  Cannot play trailers as the movie either
freezes or jumps every 10 or more frames.
Downloaded Video Inspector and it lists MPEG4 that I have.  It doesn't list
MPEG1 or 2.  This maybe is my problem in watching the trailers.

We're developing an application that uses the WM10 API.  We have an issue
automatically installing the VC1 codec on WMP10 players if the content has
DRM.
Is there a way to force a download of the codec beforehand programatically

I have had this problem intermittently in the past, and I am not sure of the
