I have a new pc. and cannot use WMP 11, it comes up to play,, and nothing
happens, press play, and it looks like it might play,,and nothing ,, Can you

Everytime I try to play a WMA file from Amazon.com I get this error -
0xC00D1199 and this started happening today.  BN.com doesn't give an
error but the WMA files won't play and this has been going on for
several weeks. I have no problems playing them from TowerRecords.com.
