Windows Media Player 11 crashes while playing streaming video...he17 Nov 2006 02:04 GMT1
The Media Player 11 program stops responding when I try to view streaming
video.  I can download the same video file and watch it, but it locks up when
streaming.  I have un-installed and re-installed twice.  Does anybody know
how to fix this?

We have a user that has an avi that they need to view.  Right now it is
on a thumb drive and works fine.  They can see video and hear audio.
If the file gets moved to certain folders, the video stops working and
only the audio works.  For example, if the file gets moved to c:\Temp,

When I click on Online Stores the sub menu media guide is not there.

Hi - I had to reinstall Windows Media Player 10 on XP Pro SP2.  Prior to the
re-installation, I had the MSN butterfly where the Napster store logo now is
positioned.

I want to play my DVDs with PowerDVD, because it can change the aspect
ratio (because I'm driving a 16:9 widescreen with a video card that

Does anyone know how to turn off the 2 second gap (or silence) between tracks
when burning CD audio? I use Windows Media Player 10, and can find no option
to turn off/on this "gap of silence" between tracks. It is particularly
annoying when burning "live" recordings.

I got one for ya! I have tried everything... I think? This started about two
days ago. I got a bunch of new (brand new in the plastic wrapper) CD's the
other day. I want to add them to my Library. Everytime I try to Rip them in I

Why is the MSN music store no longer available in MediaPlayer 10?  Now, they
list all the "other" available online music stores, however MSN is no longer
listed....
Oh yeah, they list the MSN online bookstore however and whatever it is
