Anyone else notice that if they try and remove songs from a playlists, media
player randomly decides to remember this?!?!?  I am getting fairly
frustrated.  I have a playlist that contains songs for an MP3 CD for my car .

I am trying to copy my media library from my Windows 2003 server to my Vista
RC2 computer. I executed the copy from the Vista PC to a mapped drive on the
Windows 2003 server. About every 10 to 20 or so files, the process stops
with an error that says:

assuming a central PC running XP media center where a central/single mp3,
divx and pictures libray is stored and 1 remote XP media center PC per room
in a wireless network, can I use WM11 1)to watch/listen on remote PC's what's
currently playing on the central PC, ie streaming ...

I ended up removing 11 & going back to Windows Media 10! At least it
plays the music & stuff I want when I want it!

My system far exceeds all requirements for running Windows Media Player 11
except that it has only 32 MB of video RAM, instead of the stipulated
requirement of 64 MB of video RAM.  I plan to play mostly music as opposed to
video.  Is it possible to still install and use Windows ...

I am trying to upgrade from WMP10/WMC2.0 to WMP11.  I have been through all
the sharing settings a couple of times and all seems to be in order.  When I
go to my Roku SB1000, however, I can't seem to browse by Artist or Album
name--it looks like only the WMP11 sample music comes ...

My Windows Media Player only player sound on the right side. All other
program play sound on both sides.

I am trying to copy music to blank cd and get message "WMP cannot copy to the
cd because the cd drive is in use. Wait a few minutes for tasks to complete
and try again." Or I just get the message "Insert a blank cd into drive."
