Why do I get "object or name not found"  when I try to play a message sent by

Whenever I try to view a streaming videa in MS Media Player 10 (or 11), the
video players for about 10 seconds, then stops, but the audio keeps going to
the end without a problem. The video may update a single frame every 10 or 15

I'm using Windows XP, and I'm not sure what happend, but, when I run WMP10,
it just shows some kind of install screen, searches for updates, says I have
everything, then doesn't open the player.
