My computer meets all system requirements of WMP11 but:
1) upon normal closing WMP, tank manager reports CPU 100% for WMP and it
closes only when I use task manager to "end" the job.
2) upon playing a selected video from YouTube or other sites, WMP11

I can't transfer music files from my computer to my philips 6 GB Mp3 player.
It gives me error message code: C00D1189 Windows Media Player cannot convert
the file to the format required by the device. I've called the manufacturer
and they can't help so this is my last resort... ...

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.  My problem occurs when
trying to sync my Verizon Motorola V3m.  I have all of the drivers installed,
and the phone is recognized as an MTP Device (with drivers installed) when I
go into sync mode on the phone.
