Anyone else having issues viewing large Jpg's ?  Thumbnails and smaller size
graphics appear fine. Is this a known bug   I can not find any information
about it.

Having a weird problem probably something stupid, but can't figure it out.
WMP 11 plays the video of any file but is so dark you can't even really see
it. Anyone have any idea what is causing this?

On videos that I download from lime wire, for some reason media player
doesn't play the full video, I've seen the video before and know that it's 15
min long but the player only plays the first miniute or so. I emailed lime
wire and they basically said it's not them.

The error messeage comes up "This version of Windows media player can only be
installed on a computer that is running Windows XP Service Pack 2". The
problem is, I HAVE WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2 version 2002. What is up! Did
microsoft mess up! I am mad!

Gurus,
I have a 256kbs SDSL connection to the Internet.  But viewing streaming
content is shaky and jerky.  I know when you are viewing streaming content
the content buffers to memory not to disk so you can't view it off of disk

After I upgrade to WMP11, I think I have 2 abnormal behaviour in my WinXP

For the longest time QT was handling any mp3 or wav files that were imbedded
into a webpage. But I got rid of it and I want Media Player to handle these
files. How do I do this?  Because now all I get is the dreded white square
with the red "x".

i'm trying to play a .ts file in WMP11. i have coreavc installed and it runs
automatically with my HD .mkv files. when i playback a .ts file, WMP uses the
nero video decoder instead of coreavc.

I want to go back to media player 10 !!!  I can not find an uninstall piece
in the add/remove section!  I've tried to re-install 11 to get that ability
which doesn't help - and I've also tried to install 10 over it which it will

Despite of having different type of codecs (listed below), still Windows
Media Player 10 can't display video within file, only plays the audio of it.
