In the new wmp 11 or whatever, every time i organize by artist or play count,
i get stupid little categories over every song.
for instance it says
Played 289 times.

How is it that the beta version of this program was soooooo much better than
this crappy version?  I have a T Mobile SDA and it has WMP and using the beta

When I insert my mini-dvd from camcorder) into my computer, the video clip
runs but the volume doesn't. I've tried all the basic stuff - checking my

I'm one of those PC iTunes users and have looked at WMP 11 a bit, but
I'm scared to use it.  When I tried it in the past it seemed to start
doing stuff automatically (in Windows fashion) and I wasn't sure if it
was just linking stuff into the library or adding, moving, modifying

How can I adjust the path so that when an album has the exact same version of
a song already in my library I can have it avable with both files without
wasting space on numberous duplicate files?

Looking for some software that will allow my Mom to record audio from her
stereo to the line input on her laptop.
We'd just use Sound Recorder, but it's limited to 60 seconds of audio. We'd
also like to be able to compress the result to MP3 (or something smaller).

I've been running WMP11 successfully for a while on my main PC, which is
