OK, so I upgraded my windows media player today to version 11.0.
Surprise surprise, my dsm-320 no longer plays any of the music that I
purchased through MSN.  I am sure that other people have hit this
problem as well.. Any hints?

WMP11 - Windows XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 2
I have been to options - upclicked 'rip at when cd is inserted' - and it
still starts to rip cd's when it starts up - Please please how do I make it

When trying to upgrade from Media 9 to Media 10 I get sent to Media 11.  I
cannot upgrade(?) to SP2 in my XP Pro OS because a conflict with my processor
causes the OS to crash.

I updagraded to WMP11 and now when I go to burn a cd-r it doesn't recognize
that a disc is in the drive?  It works jsut fine in WMP10?

I have a new Dell Optiplex GX 745 with a Sony DVD\CDRW combo.

I just switched to WMP11 and haven't quite worked out syncing -- I had
most of the files already on my Creative Zen Sleek Photo, but had
changed all the playlists and some of the tag information.  So I set up
the sync, and all the playlists showed up, the old ones were deleted,

Short of uninstalling WMP 11 and choosing no store by using the custom
configuration instead of the "recommended" install, is there a way to remove
URGE as your default store and simply having none, thereby stopping all this
