Just wandering if there is like a feedback form or like an error for Winows
Media Player as I have found a fault.
The error is when you are watching a video/movie, open up something that
covers where the video/movie is being player, the video/movie inverts itself

I have noticed also that in the library, you can't press a letter on the
keyboard to take you to the artist/song/album (etc.) anymore like you used to
be able to.
I would like this to come back as it takes alot longer to find what I want.

I have tried to install WMP 11 twice now, and both times after getting it
installed and I open it, my PC reboots.  Can anyone tell me why this happens
and what to do to fix it?  Thank you.

I recently upgraded, from WMP10 to WMP11.
Before upgrading, I had this problem with WMP10, and thought perhaps by
upgrading it might fix itself. But it did not.
For whatever reason, my WMP11 will not play .avi's, or .cda's off a music cd

Why am I getting double entries for the tracks on an album? Album only
appears once but each track duplicated. Wiping library and re-adding didn't
help. Same problem occurs again. I can delete duplicate tracks but that's a
pain to go through the whole library.

When I put a CD in the player why doesn't the total playing time appear at
the bottom of the pane like it did in Player 10.

I have just updated to wmp11 and am having trouble adding photos.  I have
about 100 photos from a trip I took last year and only 4 are in wmp.  I use
the media share for my xbox 360 and liked the feature of wmp10 where I could
access all of my pictures as a slideshow on my tv.  ...

How can I stop WMP11 automatically starting to play CDs when they are
inserted?  Help states that typically the Cd starts playing and explains how
to start it if it doesn't but it doesn't seem to explain how to turn off the
default play mode.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks

Anyone know of a way to stop WMP 10.x from starting Activesync 4.x that does
not involve uninstalling or disabling of either product? I do not have
activesync auto-starting when windows loads but when i run WMP it starts
activesync and adds it back to the auto-start regkey

I got a little popup message today in WMP 10 telling me to upgrade to 11, so
I did, and afterwards, I was no longer able to play protected content wma
files (non-protected wma files and mp3s still play just fine). I tried
rolling it back to ver 10, and the problem is still there ...

Any tool which can automate windows media player ? For example I have 5 WMV
files which I would like to run in a loop but I also need to make request to
a DRM server .

For some reason WMP11 does not seem to play internet radios. Whenever I try
to listen to the audio stream, WMP pops up and shows that it is "ready", but
never starts buffering the stream and playing the audio.
Any idea what might be wrong? Some content, like Youtube videos work ...

Will Windows Media Player 11 ever be issued for use with Windows Media
Center 2002?

Windows Media Player installed. I did have it set up to configure sharing. I
have now disabled this via [Tools...Options.....Library....] [Configure
sharing] and the [Share my media] box is now unticked.

Hi.  I'm running Windows Vista with WMP 11.  I occasionally watch live
feeds through WMP but sometimes need to step away from the computer,
etc...  Is there an add-on or software that would add DVR type
functionality to WMP?  Particularly being able to pause a live stream
