error message COODOFEA

Using Win2K and WMP9, sometimes when I play a .wmv file it displays very
dark, almost like a grey-scale.  Some .wmv files are fine and do not cause
this problem.  Some will come up grey, but will work fine if I restart WMP.  
I have tried adjusting brightness, contrast, color, etc ...

I have never used much but the very basic features of Windows Media
Player. Have been using Foobar because of its support of .APE and
.FLAC files.
Anyhow I really like the look of Media Player 11.

Could someone tell me how to get Windows Media Player 11 to play 24-bit wav
files? Winamp does it just fine, but WMP won't do it. I assume I need a
codec. Where do I find it?

When i try to burn a cd it says no device detected. And when I go to the
Services I don't see the IMAPI burn service. Do I need to download it? Any
help would be appreciated.

Windows Media Player Version 11 will not play any media on my Windows XP, HE
(came on this Dell 8200)  Version 5.1.2600.  Every time I go to play a song,

Ive upgraded to WMP11, and frankly I am really frustrated with it. No
matter how much I edit ID3 tags outside of WMP it has a mind of its own
and keeps overwriting all of the info I put in. I want to go back to
WMP10 - Can I do this?

Is there a way to initiate a saved auto play list upon start-up of the
program or must you use the start radio buton to begin the track or video?

in the previous WMP11 beta (Beta 2?) and in WMC2, i had no problems
sharing media files located on my Windows 2003 Server based network
share - all i had to do was change the NSS service to run under my local
account, and it could access the network just fine (without that change ...

Whenever I try to play some videos from the internet, they open in WMP and
then it closes itself with no error message or anything at all. Any way to
fix this?

Is it an update of 5145? What are the differences? Should i update my
WMP 11.0.5721.5145?

My phone is a Motorola RAZR V3i with a Kingston 1GB microSD memory
card.
I set the maximum quality level to sync to the phone to 128kbps so as
not to fill up the card too quickly. All files in my library are mp3,

How can I remove the sorting by the Album Art or sorting by artist? I have a
few cds with multiple artitsts and having WM 11 sort the albums by the artist
and no the individual albums makes listening to the whole album.
The feature is cool but to listen to these types of albums ...
