For some reason the Find Album Info in my WMP10 is greyed out. How do I get

My friend has WMP 10.00.00.4036, XP Home Ed Vers 2002 SP2, Sony CRX230EE.
Until a few weeks ago, music cd's played normally on WMP while offline.  She
only
has a 56k connection and doesn't want to tie up her phone line.  She enters

As the subject states... It started doing this a week or so ago and I hadn't
made any changes, installs, downloads what-so-ever to effect this.  I tested
burning a cd to see if it was a corrupt file and the cd plays fine.  Also,
the songs play fine if in a playlist.

Using Vista Business, when I click on a WMV file in media player, all I get
is a blank viewing screen, and a red X then appears next to the file.  What

i have recently downloaded mp11 and i cannot play any of my downloaded
tracks. i am running xp media center edition version 2002 service pack 2

song's sound. For example the singer's voice is high pitch and so it the rest

hi, i have 2 problem with my wmp11.
the 1st part is upside down video, but not my whole wmv file gone upside,
only part of it,the show run to certain point, become upside down, then after

According to Welcome Centre the computer is an AMD Athlon 64 x 2 dual core
processor 4200, 990 MB of ram, NVIDIA GeForce 6150 WDDM. I know the sound
and video are both onboard on an Asus M2N board.
The windows experience index is 3.4. processor 5.9, ram 4.5, graphics 5.9,
