I want to create an auto play list that will find only my long playing
(album) tracks for me.
This should include only those tracks having a length greater than 40 minutes.
When I look at auto playlist criteria, I can only see one option for length

WMP11 keeps taking songs, which all had the right tags and correct filenames
when I used WMP10, and renaming/retagging them to a different artist.
For instance:
Faith Hill_Faith_This Kiss.mp3                    becomes    Faith Hill_Breathe_What's in It

Is it possible to start wmv11 in the now playing tab instead of the library
tab?

My player is version 9.00.00.3354 and seems to be having a nervous breakdown.
It plays around 20 seconds of each track on any CD before moving on to the
next track. I can't find any setting that would cause this to happen, or any
way to stop it. Can you help?

When I play an audio CD the volume sometimes goes up or down within
one song.  I tried to go to Now Playing > Enhancements but there is
only a menu of 8 enhancements and no ways to set them.  In the help
file for Quiet Mode it said:

Windows media player 11 came thru automatic update.  Since this happened, I
put a dvd in the dvd rom and nothing happens.  Can anyone suggest anything?

Somehow I have selected an effect (I think it's auditorium) and I don't know
how to get back to normal sound. This may not be a media player problem - it

When d/l music files it goes into a downloads folder my music plays fine but
as soon as i copy and paste the songs into my own folder ( my music) the
player does not play my songs. I get a little circle with an i in the middle.
I dont want to keep my songs in my downloads folder ...

Is there any way to set custom criteria for the auto playlist feature?
Specifically I wan to limit the number of songs from any particular album. I
ran the playlist using the year as the criteria and got a bunch of songs
from only two albums.

When I created a burn list on WMP10, it let me know how the playing time for
each track and the total time of the cd I was burning. This is missing from
WMP11. How do I tell how long my playlist is?

Hey all.  Received the above error code, have tried searching help sites but
it's a broad error code and apparently there is no specifc info.
When I try to sync a playlist to my device (Sansa M240), it says no device
