Ok, so I'm trying to get the Digital Copy from my Harry Potter DVD, and it tells me that I have to upgrade the security components. I click on the link, and the page loads, but the Upgrade link is gray-ed out and not link-able. Can anyone help?

I just got a new computer with Vista Home operating system. When I play mp3 files on WMP, they often skip/pause randomly, even when there are no other programs open on my computer that might interfere with the player. Why is this happening?

I have WMP ver 10. When I rip a CD, all I get is a Track number and unknown artist. There is no file name except for those two items. Am I supposed to rename the dang file with the song name, plus maybe the artist's name?

I recently added a second monitor to my set up. However, when I enable the second monitor, Windows Media player can't play video files. The progress bar moves across the bottom, as if it is playing the file, but no sound or picture is displayed.
