an original DVD but will play mp3s. Intervideo Home Theater plays
movies just fine.   When inserting a movie DVD WMP11 displays "media

Compressing MP3 files with Windows compression31 Aug 2008 07:25 GMT3
I accidentally (using disk cleanup) compressed my entire music
collection (about 10,000 tracks, roughly 5Mb each). I didn't notice any
adverse effect, but presumably there is some CPU involved in
decompressing them whenever they are played. So, I started

I had already ripped an audio CD. Now if I want to rip it again, say with a

soon as the Windows Media Player checks the CD and finds that it has been
previously ripped, it immediately ejects the CD and ...

one or two seconds as with a scratched CD every 10-15 minutes. The same story

I am new to downloading movies and have tried my first.  When I try to view

PMC-120 Sync Issue With Vista WMP1129 Aug 2008 18:43 GMT2
I have owned a PMC-120 for a little over two years. For that entire period my
computer was an MCE-2005. I use the PMC-120 to watch TV shows during my
commute to and from work on the trains. It's fantastic. Seriously, for years
before this it was crossword puzzles and suduko.
How can I upload / submit album info?29 Aug 2008 13:19 GMT1
Title pretty much describes my problem. I have lots of rare CDs in my library
and I would like to share the album info also for others so everyone does not
have to write the song titles, composers etc by themselves if they have the
same albums.
No streaming embedded video29 Aug 2008 11:16 GMT4
I am unable to stream embedded video in Internet Explorer 7.
I get no error code.  Just player controls and a blank screen.
I have reset all my IE settings and updated my sound and video card drivers.
Is there anything else I can check?
