I'm trying to load my WMP library with the thousands of songs I have in my
iTunes library.  As I understand, WMP will play MPEG-4 files.  But when I
direct WMP to the folders where my music is located, it doesn't import any of
the music.  Am I missing something really simple?

I travel a lot and would like to copy DVD films (which I own) to a WD
Passport drive for playback with WMP11 or other software, on my laptop.
Pease could you advise me how to do this

I purchased 24 WMA tracks from an online music store a couple of days ago,
and downloaded them to Windows Media Player. However, when I tried to sync

When trying to open a URL, Media Player displays this message:
"Windows media player cannot perform the requested action because the
parental controls web filter is turned on. to enable this action ask your
computer administrator to turn off the web filter for your user account"

I am having problems getting any video or audio on-line. My computer  (Dell
Inspiron 1300 with 520)was running slow so I purged files and ran scans and
have not been able to access any videos since. Any ideas what is wrong.

I am currently using WMP 11 with windows vista, it's not long ago I was
burning cd's then all of a sudden when I click on burn it says please connect
a burner and restart the player, but I have a burner what can I do?

Im having trouble playing programmes on particular websites including itv
where it only plays the adverts and not the show, which is free to watch. It
used to let me view programmes but recentlly says "ready" and dosnt move on

When I connect my cell phone to transfer music, I get a dialogue box that
states that a camera is connected and does not give me an option of using WMP
- only gives me options for transfer of picture files.  How do I fix this?

Strange problem: when I doubleclick on a videofile (AVI, WMV,...) WMP
doesn't open.  I do hear the sound of the video but see no video.  WMP also
does not appear on the taskbar.  When I check the taskmanager wmplayer is
running as a process, not as an application.

From time to time I find songs missing from my music library on media player
11. They are not on a subscriber service, why do they dissappear?  What can I
do to prevent that in the future?  Some of these songs are hard to come by
