Transferring cassete to computer via BlazeAudio

I'm using Ulead VideoStudio to edit films. When I first installed it I could
render finished films as .avi files compressed using Windows Media 9. (Not a
.wmv file).

I have windows media service encoding and streaming audio.
I need to capture the audio, and save it as wave file.
I don't have an access to the streaming server.

My player has worked real well until I hit the update on
Aug. 27th. Instead of updating, it reinstalled. Now after
it scans a song, it converts it 3-4 times before going to
the next song. It used to scan, convert and then write.

I'm hoping I can get a question answered here. I am streaming my webcam
through my PC out to others who are going to watch but I noticed that there
is close to a 10 second time delay. Is there any way of shortening the time
delay to make it more real-time? What would I need to ...
