can be changed.  Access the registry
key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentV
ersion\Applets\Sound Recorder" and add the new DWORD

streaming audio is very slow sounding like quarter speed.

I have some problems with "lagging" video on a few of my computers. They are
Via KM266 or KT133A based, and the cards are Radeon 9000/9200 and Matrox
G500. For some strange reason though, Radeon 9600 seems to work fine.
G550/9000/9200 cards play video flawlessly on any other chipset ...
