I use WMP9 on XP for music used in training workshops.  I use the playlist
function across 3000 tracks to choose music suitable for various activities
in the workshops.  I run the playlist from powerpoint.  What I want is that
WMP starts up in the background only.  I.e. it doesn't ...

How can i de-integrate media player from my browser?  I
have a DL program i use to cue up stuff but recently, the
player starts playing before my DL program grabs it.  I
don't wish to right click each file either.

HI,  I USED TO STREAM RADIO STATIONS ALL THE TIME.  MY
HARD DRIVE CRASHED AND I REPLACED IT AND RELOADED ALL MY
SOFTWARE. (I THINK).  NOW WHEN I TRY TO STREAM NO SOUND

HELP When I try to use windows media player to play my

how can I watch music videos that are not on the media

I need to record a tape that is about 1 hour.  How can I
do this.  Will sound recorder allow me to do this?  If I
can what is the best way of recording it without using so
much space.

Im using Windows Media Player 9 on my Win 2K Pro machine.
My System Hang when i tried to play some mpeg files, no
error was shown, just the system will hang.. cant even
move the mouse. The only thing i can do is force reboot

  I seem to encounter a strange error with WMP9, embedded in a web page. I
try to load a movie situated in a different directory on the local HDD,

I had a radio station that I volunteer with listed on the
WindowsMedia.com radio station guide within the WMP. On
Oct. 3 we had our DNS updated to point to our new web
server. Since then we've been dropped from the guide. I

and the colours have all changed and you can harly see

Please help...Media player is now starting everytime I
boot up. It is not in my startup folder...and I am not
sure why it is starting but it is rather annoying. Can
anyone out there help?
