mp3 wont download it says the security level is too high

A Trojan Horse iedll.exe was found in my Windows Media
Player directory last week, by Norton Antivirus. I have
tried unsuccessfully to remove this file iedll.exe, but it
appears to be protected. I then went to Remove Programs in
