Hi,
I've been running Windows 98 for a while and it's always
been a problem trying to view websites/even some programs
in a different language, specifically Asian languages

I built Windows media service using windows2000 server, then I try to make a
stress test.
I download Windows Media Load Simulator from Microsoft (2 days ago, the
version is 9.0.0.2039, for 9 series).

file still has content.  The path remains the same.
