I'm having a problem where I want to edit a wmv file, and all i can get is the sound witha black screen. This was happening also when I had win2000. I thought it started happening after I installed above ATI multimedia 8.6

I have Windows Media Server loaded and I noticed that it
talks about using .asf files to be on demand files to
stream. Does this mean that .wmv files will not stream?
If not, then how do I create .asf files?

I copied the music file from my old computer but I noticed that I only have half the music that I currently have in my current media player playlist.  How can I copy my playlist only.  

Why can't I mix audio files from my hard disk, and tracks from an audio CD in a playlist?

the problem I have is that I've got 2 Media Player files "not indexed" and
movie maker won't open it, nor any other video editing softwaRE (Premiere

Sometime when i use Windows Media player it plays CD's higher and faster.  How can this be fixed?  Using the radio tuner sounds just fine.
