I am running 98se and I downloaded the correct verion of WMP 9 .. the video files are playing to fast.. almost like 2 or 3 times the normal speed.. What is causing this and how do I fix it? Dont ask me to reinstall.. cause I have done this already 3 times

Whenever I try and play a movie clip or audio clip, I receive the error c00d10b3 with the message that the file could not be found. Does anyone know a fix for this? I tried downloading MP version 9 but got same result. Help!!!!
