I am running Windows 2000 Professional and have Media Player 9. I have downloaded Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script Commands (KB828026) twice, but everytime my computer updates, it does not recognize the update has been installed and wants to do it again. Ideas

I thought i saw a powertoy/utility to do this, but haven't been able to locate it again. I was hoping to keep my iTunes Music Library and my Windows Media Player Library ratings in sync by storing the ratings in the .mp3 files themselves in the id3v2 field for user rating

Even with iriver's new firmware upgrade I can't get WMA protected files to play on it. Has anyone else? I have an ifp-180T. I have tried MusicMatch files as well as buymusic.com. Shouldn't make a difference, but who knows.
