I recently noticed that in my C: WINDOWs Directory -about
5 or 6 folders have appeared that looked dimmed yellow as
opposed to the standard bright yellow color. Some of the

When I copy a CD to WMP, a lot of times WMP entitles the

Player and also not in Winamp.

Before I had to have Windows 2000 Pro re-installed, I could play DVD's.  Apparently I have to update my Windows media player but Microsoft tells me i have the most recent version : 9.00.00 307

Anyone know how to run avi files that won't run on Windows Media Player Vz 9?  Some avi files work, some don't.  Is there a player out there that can play all of them, i am tired of divx working with some, quicktime with others, and Windows Med. Player with others

is there a converter to allow quicktime to wma file format migration.  I have a Kodak camera with video on it but it only saves as quicktime.  I want to post it on my web site, but host only will support .wma file format.  Hlep?

When I try to play an mpeg movie that has been assembled from smaller mpeg clips (by using a mpeg joiner program) it will only play the first clip.  If I drag the progress bar to a specific point, it will pick up at different clips other than the first and play through to the end ...
