I just recently had to re-install Windows 98.
Once I finished it, I was opening up Windows Media Player

Now, I want to download mods/plugins for a computer game.
The problem is that it requires a CODEC.

how is it possible to control a mediaplayer launched with
Player.openPlayer() or at least get properties like Player.playState in

I keep getting the following Error Message when trying to install windows media player:
"It was not possible to complete Setup
Windows Media Player 9 Series was not installed. To update Windows, run Windows Media Player 9 Series Setup again."
I've tried to install it about 20 times ...
