I've installed Windows 2003 Datacenter and disabled all useless services and

When I go to option and devices I can see them as disk recorder, dvd-room. But when I try to record , the media player 9.0 says no device detected. The sub Menu copy to CD is also disabled.
Someone can help me please.

I can't seem to get my captions to work correctly. Inside my asx file here is the syntax:

I am looking for the header format and basic structure of WMA files (excluding ID3 or other tags).  Specifically, I'm looking for the frame header format that contains the coding for audio bit rate, frequency, etc.
