How do i fix it?

Could anyone please tell me how i create a video strem or a quick start movie for my website. I have various movies that I have creaqted on my website, and rather than people having to wait for the entire thing to download, I would like the ability to stream them.

I have some downloads that take up a lot of memory like 200+mb's and I have one download thats about 40mb in ASF and is just like the MPEG files format and I can copy the ASF file to my 800mb cd, but I cant for the avi and mpeg files, so does anyone know where to get a free ...
