I'm watching a web cast that is streamed into WMP 9. In addition to the video and audio, there is a closed caption text stream. How can I capture this CC text stream so as to end up with a transcript of the web cast? Are there third party tools that do this?

participant's voice is inaudible, even when I raise the
volume on WMP and on my PC to the max. Is there any other
way to get the sound loud enough to hear that voice?

I get lines in the video window when streaming video from
the internet.
