since I loaded v 10 the tool bar in explorer does not show the media icon. I went to custombut it is not available. Is this by design. No acces form explorer?

Well, when I ripped my CD collection with WMA 9 it was ripped into WMA format. Is there a way to convert it to MP3 all at once? Or, do I have to re rip each CD one at a time? UGH! Thanks in advance
