We have a windows media video file that is beginning to exceed its current bandwidth service so we might be moving it. However, we obviously do not want the current link to become "dead". Is there a way to create a .wmv file that would redirect to a new location?

I just finished a fresh XP Home install with all the updates including SPII and WMP 9. I went to test the DVD drive in this laptop and WMP took me to a web site for a $10 Upgrade?? This is BS to say the least. I guess I'll install Power DVD and tell MS to blow!!

With WMP version 9 the player would rearrange my files for me when it retrieved the album information. It would create a folder with Artist then Albums, for example Metallica -> Reload. With WMP version 10, this is not happening. It will retrieve album information (not as good as ...
