I need to back-up the music in media player to another sector on my hard
drive. Can this be done?

it's often asked here in the newsgroups and I haven't seen any answer to
this which works.
It's about playback of video files with wmp 10, audio ok, but video shows
only a black screen.

Is there a deinterlacing option available in Windows Media PLayer 9 for videos?

i am unable to hear any sound when playing midi files even though windows
media player showes that it is playing the music etc.    All volume controls
are in the medium position.  The player playes all other types of music with

Recently purchased a portable media center, and now it's time for me to move
my media library into Media Player 10.  Been using Winamp in the past.  I
would like to cleanup the tags in my files and download artwork for the
albums I have ripped.  

Whenever I try to play any type of video on my computer it looks like there
is a white film over the picture. The audio is fine and it does not matter
