Does anyone encounter this error in WMP 10 when trying to view a movie file
from a site?? Any suggestion on how to fix it?

I downloaded music from buymusic.com and now I cannot play or burn them
because it says I need a license. I have WMP 9 on XP with DSL.  What do I do
to get this license?  buymusic.com was no help at all, thanks

Right now, my windows media is showing all of my dvds in a negative colors.
