I have not been able to succesfully create a Windows Media file at 12 or 15
fps using Windows Media Encoder 9.  
Every time I create the file, it isn't created at the selected frame rate
but instead always plays back at 30 fps.

I have 2003 Standard, streaming runs fine as long as it's a local directory.  
However, I have a file server which has items I wish to stream as well.  A
drive is mapped to the file server but the Wizard fails to see the drive when

when i try and play a certain video or song then i get one of these errors.
For example i just tried to play Toma by Pitbull and it said that the error
C00D11CD was keeping me from hearing it. Does anybody else experience these

Ok, I'm running WMP 10. Whenever I play a DivX movie and skip ahead, the
audio jumps up. Even if I mute it, then skip ahead, the audio jumps real
high. Any ideas????

I'm being told that I need to change my privacy settings in the Media Player.
I have gone to Tools and then Options.  What I think I need to change is not
highlighted and I can't figure out how to change that.  All I want to do is
