I am using WMP components in software and have stumbled across an
issue. This issue also manifests itself in standard WMP.
It appears that when certain windows media player does not use a
consistent brightness when playing the clips. For example, say I  play

I need to set up video conferencing for 3 people within my organisation.  I
have tried using NetMeeting for this, now i can see video between 2 of them
