Does anybody know if there is any way to create a data (MP3 or WMA) DVD from MP, ie use a play list to burn a DVD in the same way as a CD only with many more songs?

I am coposing my baby album. I have some DVD I want to copy some portion of it into an avi/mpeg file, then I plan to use that short avi/mpeg file to compose my final album. Do you know how to convert that DVD scenes into avi/mpeg or any media files that can be played on computer.

A while ago my computer crashed while I was re-organizing my music library. Ever since then there are about 10 nodes directly under the node "Album Artist" called "Unknown". When I click one of these "Unknown" nodes the song-pane says "No media present".

I have had windows media set on the same server as the ISA server and it worked. since then I have set it up on a internal server. all works fine in the internal network, but is unreachable from outside the LAN. I have published the server for both MMS and RTSP

This is driving me batty. Anytime I open a WMP associated file (.wmv, .wav, .mpg, etc.) WMP opens in full screen mode. If I try to switch to another mode, I can only get the reduced skin mode - at best. Most times, I have to open the Task Manager and kill the process to get back ...

I have ati allinwonder 9200 agp and have alawys been able to play dvds. suddenly i cant. i get this error message : Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a problem occurred with digital copyright protection.

I can play avi before, but suddenly found that my PC cannot play any avi file, even if the file is captured and encode by my DV. I have format and reinstall WinXP, K-lite mega pack and media player classic 2 times, still having the same problem. Please help !

Help - All of a sudden a box came up for Series 9 it wouldn't go away, so I clicked on ok - it loaded 9 , fine. But it still loads on start up and a box comes up saying I have the updated version!!! How do I get it to stop coming up on my START UP!!!!!

Can somebody explain to me how .wmv files are treated (streamed) on a regular network share? Do they just run off of the share and use all available bandwidth to stream to the client or are they downloaded to the client somehow?

I have tried everything I can think of, but cannot get the MMS protocol to work. I can get it to work over the LAN, just not the WAN. I have opened port 1755 TCP/UDP and enabled permissions, but nothing works.
