I have just firewired a short film from my video camera on to the computer
with no problem but when I come to put it on to a cd it seems to load on to
it right up to about 90% then a message comes up saying an unknown error has
occured and has been unsuccesful.

Hello, I was using windows media player 10 for 18 months on this computer
with no problem and one day it wouldnt work anymore. I uninstalled it and
installed latest version 11. Still didnt work. Re-installed it 5 more times
