Im using window XP with media player 11.I have downloaded lots of avi files,all the while is ok to open. Lately some of the files were unable to open.Some of them can open with video displayed but audio cannot be heard.Please kindly assist.Thank you.

I am using WMP11 in windows XP pro. from last few months. but now im fadeup with this and want to uninstall it. When i try to uninstall form add/remove programe, i m not able to roll back. even i dont have uninstallation folder in windows directory...

About ten times every single frickin' day I have to look at this error message: "Your device is using an outdated driver that is no longer supported by Windows Media Player." It's clearly meaningless, because my HTC Touch Cruise is as new as mobile

I get a message that niether the Multimedia Controller or Multimedia Audio Controller and installed on my system and when I check the device manager is say the drivers are not install and gives a (code 1) message...... What can I do????

When I attempt to use Media Player for videos I get an error message: "You've encountered an error message C00D10D1 while using Windows Media Player." I am also unable to use QuickPlayer for the same reason. can someone help with this?

Friends are sendingme email attachments with pps and eml files. When I open them up it goes automaticly to Windows Media Player like all other file attachments. But these will not play. It is giving me a COOD1199 error. I am using WMP Version 11. How can I correct this. Thanks

Certain type of video/audio causes my browser to stop responding. Both IE and Firefox. In all these cases, a similar looking "player" appears on screen. No picture, no sound, and after a few seconds the only thing i can do is CTRL-ALT-DEL.
