I am running Windows XP SP3 and have the Sun's ODF plugin that alows MS

Simple question:

I cannot open Internet Explorer. It opens for a few seconds and goes away. I
cannot access Internet Options in Control Panel. The icon is visible but the
words "Internet Options" do not appear below the icon. Clicking the icon does
nothing. I canot download anything in AOL though ...

Someone recommended that I use TeamViewer http://www.teamviewer.com (free
