I just installed windows vista beta 2 preview and the system is asking for a Administrator password. I have no documentation on what password I should use.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Each time I start up everything is perfect (apart from no virus programme yet) UAC asks for permission to regedit with the following details: "C:\Windows\regedit.exe/s"C:\Program Files\HPQ\Quick Launch Buttons\eabusb.reg How do i stop this from happening?

We use roaming profiles extensively at my organization. Sooner or later, someone's going to want to get a Windows Vista machine on the domain. Currently, the only way this will work is if the user has a separate Vista profile.

The Event Viewer does not function properly. I get an error, "Event log service is unavailable. Verify that the service is running." I check in Services and Application and it is not in there. don't know where else to look. Any suggestions?
