Can you create a "Default User" profile in Windows Vista like in XP SP2.  So
that every user that logs on to a machine get the same profile created?  
(Desktop, Programs, etc.)

I recently upgraded from XP home to Vista Home Premium.  I am currently
running MS Office 2002.
After the upgrade i added a user to my system.  Everytime i try to open

I am the administrator on the machine.  I can log on without a problem.  I
can set up a new user account for a second users...but when we try to open
