do i have a program to produce an invoice? windows vista

I have run Windows XP professional for awhile now and then upgraded to Vista
Premium.  Encountering lots of problems in terms of networking (that
previously existed) between my two laptops (both with vista) and some other
issues.  There are also a number of "dead" links in areas ...

Is it possible to logon as an admin from the DOS prompt? Need to
circumvent the logon page.

I am trying install software from a DVD but get the message "to install the
software you must have administrator rights, log in as administrator and
start again"  however I am logged in as user/administrator - I'm the sole
user  What's up?

Help me...i have created both User account in Windows Vista Home Basic (
administrator user account and standard user account..by the way, i have want
to delete my standard user account . But it's not show on Add/ remove user

Is there a way to access a registry of Windows Vista from another
Windows installation??

I performed this scan and it says i have  corrupt files but they could not be
fixed! I looked into the log files but it says access denied how do i find
out which files are corrupt and should i remove them??

I have try to add the NT 4 domain user to local adminstrators group.
I'm getting the following message when I'm enter the network security user
who have access right to the domain.
Login Failure: Uknown user name

I've got a test machine running Enterprise, 64-bit SP1, build 6001. It won't
run GPMC.msc. The mmc is only visible in the C:\Windows\winsxs directory.
Double-clicking it loads the mmc but the plug-in won't load.

I can't open my documents and settings folder, it says I don't have
permission. I've tried to change the security settings to allow me full
control, but despite being an administrator I still 'don't have permission'.
I am the only user account, no other user accounts are visible ...

I disabled the Administrator account, even though it says you can't, I was
trying to get rid of the log on, I also got rid of the guest account and now
when I restarted the computer it Will Not Allow Me To Log On. It says the
administrator account has been disabled. I can not get ...

I have Vista and forgot my logon password and when trying to sign on I only
have the one account to logon to? how do I bypass this and use my computer

I use a admin account on my computer but when I added standard user account
it will not open some web pages for example  when I go to my yahoo mail it
will show the email but when I click on it, it will not show any text, but
when I use the administrator account the web page ...

I have two user accounts on Vista Home Pro.
One is a standard, limited user account (password protected) and the other
is my admin account (obviously with admin privileges and password
protected).

I posted the following in the Windows Update forum but received no responses:
"Using H/Premium and tried to update 14 (incl. 6 critical) patches last week.
All showed as "successful" and I thought that's fine.
Got back again yesterday and my computer tells me that I have 16 updates
