i want to create a new folder, just a simple empty folder with the name
"con" without quotes, but it's say the name is invalud!! why is that?

We can't remember the logon pass word to our computer as it has been a long

Today when I try to log into my account which is the administrator account I
got this message:

When I change to Administrator from Standard User and then click on 'change
account type' i default back to standard user.
I cannot install,uninstall,restore or use acer recovery or access  other
