If somebody wanted to in Vista:
-Have an admin account not visible (hidden) at the Welcome screen, and
-still be able to log onto that account, and
-have other standard users log-on without having to use CTRL-ALT-DEL.

I tried to trmove a guest in my computer but i removed my domain user
(adminstrator) by error, and i don't know how to get back my data.
Please help me urgently, my work will be damage :cry:

I've got three accounts set up: 1 as administrator, one as standard and
one guest.
UAC is on for all of them. I've been trying to install some software to

Hello, I am an electrical engineering student trying to install
programming related software called Digilent Adept Suite.
The CD contains a .msi file to install from, when I first installed
Vista's account control popped up right before installation initialized.

I’m trying to change the settings on automatic updates to download and
install, the settings screen will not allow me to change the existing
settings. Says it must be done by a system administrator. The machine is not
on a domain

Bought this pc thru Circuit City and they have an administrator account set
up on my Vista 64 bits and noticed after I installed Office, it's registered
under them and not me even though I have an admin account and installed under
