I bought a laptop for a family member overseas.  I turned it on and did all
the updates.
I want to take it back now to like it's never been turned on so she has to

I am running vista home edition and my only user account on my computer

Yesterday I got a message that I had some Windows update (I believe
for Windows Media Player). So I began the download and it asked me to
restart my computer. When my computer reloaded, it began installing

I just upgraded my PC and bought a new tower - the supplier insisited

How do you delete the Guest account?  It's turned off but it seems somehow
it could be a security threat and I'd like to delete it.  Please advise.

I know there's a way to turn off hibernate and stop this file from being
created.  I did a new install and now can't figure it out.  I already have
my power plan, advanced, sleep, never on all sleep options.  I tried to
manually delete the file and it won't let me.  I don't think ...
