Why is copying files sooo slow in Vista? I'm just trying to copy files from a CD to my documents and it's taking forever. Also, unzipping a puny 6 mb .zip file to my documents took 15 minutes! Help!

I have a none critical error which is not a problem as such, but it would be nice to know why this is happening. On some folders (not all the folders) if I set the contents to be shown as an icon (small, medium or large size) the name of the file is not shown.

I have a question // problem, and wanted to get some awnser. Is it possible to open a folder in windows explorer which contains "folders" and "links to folders" and the items get sorted alphabetically and not sorted by type and then alphabetically.
