I am trying to find out what the difference is in the sidebar notes and also the notes when you type notes from the run command? ALso, where are these items kept and how can I back them up or actually move them to a new location?

If I copy files from a CD to a folder and then copy that folder to another hard drive Windows Explorer hangs and doesn't copy the files, or just a few of them. If I reboot and then copy the folder it works fine. My hard drives

If I turn off System Restore on all drives, will "Restore previous versions" still work. If so, does "Restore previous versions" also take previous files and folders from a CompletePC Backup?

In control panel, I can't change any settings for indexing because 'Indexing is not Running'. In Services, I select Start for the Windows Search and it proceeds in starting partway but ends with the message '...Can't find the file specified'.
