If I copy files from a CD to a folder and then copy that folder to

   Someone has noticed that the rename command (from cmd.exe) has changed
its behavior? before I used to rename files like this:
            rename new*.txt test*.txt

In control panel, I can't change any settings for indexing because 'Indexing
