I have recently started using Vista Ultimate's Photo Gallery tagging system. This works great in spite of PG's limitations. Also, the tags and star ratings show up in PhotoShop Bridge and presumably other image organizing software as well.

In XP I could search for Video's with a simple click. I didn't need to know all the file types. How do I do this in Vista? And, what if I want all my Excel files created in the past 2 days? Do I have to search for everything with an XLS extension to find my files? This is ...

in windows xp it was possible through the properties dialogbox to change the physical location of the my documents directory. In Vista there is this folder called after your login, is there anyway to change this to an other directory?
